David Hanson, Partner

Mr. Hanson has been involved in corporate management, private company investing, and financing companies his entire career. He has been a principal in a wide variety of private equity investments, merger and acquisition transactions, and debt and equity financings for private and public companies in a number of industries. Mr. Hanson has a dual degree from Yale University in economics and engineering. While serving on the Board of Directors of The Children’s Hospital, at various times he was chairperson of the investment, planning and facilities, and finance committees, and served on the executive and new hospital committees.

Ned Doubleday, Advisor

Mr. Doubleday's career spans more than twenty years of banking, investment management and private equity and venture capital investments. He has made successful private company investments as both an active and passive investor, ranging from high-tech to low-tech companies. Mr. Doubleday holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from Yale University and an MBA from UCLA. He has served on the Board of Heal the Ocean and on the investment committee of the Santa Barbara Foundation.
