Ned Doubleday, Managing Director
Mr. Doubleday has been involved in investment banking, money management and private equity investments his entire career. He has successfully made private company investments in both an active and passive mode and ranging from high-tech to low-tech companies. Mr. Doubleday also managed a public securities hedge fund. Mr. Doubleday was formerly a financial executive with both Shearson Lehman Brothers and Manufacturers Hanover in New York City. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from Yale University and an MBA from UCLA.
David Hanson, Managing Director
Mr. Hanson was formerly a partner at Rockmont Capital, a Denver-based private equity firm, and a general partner in the corporate finance department of Volpe Brown Whelan & Company, a San Francisco-based investment banking firm. He previously served as an associate at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Hanson has been engaged in connection with a wide variety of equity investments, merger and acquisition transactions, and debt and equity financings for private and public companies in a number of industries. He has a dual degree from Yale University in economics and engineering.
